The workouts are designed to maximize progression by periodically overloading the muscles with increased intensity and volume. Hitting the muscles with power sets, growth sets, and fatigue sets to shunt blood into the muscles. Purchase

$54 per week for personalized programs designed specifically to your goals, health & fitness with online support. Programs tailored to sports performance, movement restoration/REHAB, body re-composition. 3-6 sessions per week with updates every 6 weeks.

Additional $99 per week D/D (face to face coaching) or $83.50 per week D/D (online) for 12 weeks.
This includes ongoing support, and or personal training (1x private or 2x semi-private sessions per week), dietary and lifestyle modifications.

This is suited to those that have chronic health conditions affecting their overall health and well-being. The consultation takes an in depth look into nutritional, pathological, psychological and lifestyle factors that may be altering health, well-being and vitality. A personalized nutritional and lifestyle plan is designed to assist the body's own healing ability.
